Trailer for Netflix Dark Comedy DEAD TO ME Starring Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini
Here’s a crazy trailer for a new dark comedy from Netflix called Dead To Me. It stars Christina Applegate (Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy) as Jen, who lost her husband suddenly in a violent hit and run car accident.
She is angry and sad and feeling very alone as all the people around her are trying their best to console her with casseroles and generic sentiments. It’s not until she attends a grief support group that she is able to find comfort in a friend she meets there named Judy, played by Linda Cardellini (Bloodline, Green Book). As they go through the grieving process together, they become closer friends, and secrets about Judy start to bubble closer and closer to the surface.
