Netflix has a new documentary on the way, and it might be one of the saddest, and most beautiful ones they've done yet. End Game explores the world of palliative care and end of life treatment, and follows several individuals who are near death and the process they go through in coming to terms with that. The trailer alone made my eyes well up, so I'm sure the full documentary will make me shed a tear or two when it debuts May 4:
