Trailer For Netflix Original Romantic Comedy THE WRONG PARIS Starring Miranda Cosgrove & Pierson Fodé
Netflix has released a new trailer for the romantic comedy The Wrong Paris, starring Miranda Cosgrove and Pierson Fodé, with Madison Pettis, Madeleine Arthur, Frances Fisher, Yvonne Orji, Torrance Coombs and Christin Park.
The film is directed by Janeen Damian, helmer of the other Netflix romcoms original Falling for Christmas and Irish Wish. The screenplay is written by Nicole Henrich.
The synopsis reads: “She signed up for Paris, France. She got Paris, Texas. In this feel-good Netflix romantic comedy, Miranda Cosgrove plays an aspiring artist who joins a dating show hoping for a free trip to Paris, France, but ends up just a few miles from her hometown in Paris, Texas.
“What starts as a plan to get eliminated takes an unexpected turn when sparks fly with the local bachelor named Trey McAllen (played by Pierson Fodé).”
This looks like another cheesy Hallmark movie that is aimed at a very specific audience, but luckily for Netflix, that audience is quite large. The Wrong Paris is set to hit Netflix on September 12th. Check out the trailer below:
