Trailer For Netflix's Christmas Musical Movie JINGLE JANGLE: A CHRISTMAS JOURNEY with Forest Whitaker
Netflix has released a trailer for its upcoming Christmas musical movie, Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey. The film stars Forest Whitaker and Keegan-Michael Key, and it also features original music created by producer and singer John Legend.
The movie is going to be a vibrant, magical, holiday adventure, and it looks really good! The story is set in the town of Cobbleton and it follows “legendary toymaker Jeronicus Jangle (Whitaker) whose fanciful inventions burst with whimsy and wonder. But when his trusted apprentice (Keegan-Michael Key) steals his most prized creation, it’s up to his equally bright and inventive granddaughter (Madalen Mills) — and a long-forgotten invention — to heal old wounds and reawaken the magic within.”
The movie comes from writer and director David E. Talbert, and as you’ll see in the trailer, it explodes with imagination, wonder, and heart. I like what I’m seeing here and it’ll be a perfect film for the whole family to watch during the holidays.
It’s explained that Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey “reminds us of the strength of family and the power of possibility.” It will be released on Netflix on November 13th.
