Trailer For Netflix's Korean Suspense Thriller THE FROG
Netflix has released the trailer for a new Korean suspense thriller titled The Frog, and it looks like an interesting and intense film.
The story revolves around the story of “people whose peaceful lives are upended and thrown into uncontrollable incidents due to a mysterious guest who arrives in the middle of summer.”
The teaser opens with the arrival of mysterious guest Seong-a at a tranquil pension home in the middle of the woods. As she makes the owner, Young-ha, uncomfortable by going murder crazy, he looks to uncover who she is and her motives.
The trailer poses the question: “If a tree falls in the forest, and no one is around to hear it, does it still make a sound?”
The movie was directed by Mo Wan-il (The World of The Married), and it stars Kim Yun-seok (Noryang: Deadly Sea, Escape from Mogadishu), Yoon Kye-sang (The Outlaws), Lee Jung-eun (Parasite, Daily Dose of Sunshine) and Ko Min-si (Sweet Home). Park Chan-yeol from K-pop boy band EXO also appears.
The Frog is set to be released on Netflix on August 23.
