Trailer For Netflix's Murder Mystery Drama Series FOOL ME ONCE
Netflix has released a trailer for its upcoming murder mystery drama series Fool Me Once. The series centers on a woman who finds herself investigating the murder of her husband.
The story follows “Maya as she’s trying to come to grips with the brutal murder of her husband Joe. However, when Maya installs a nanny cam, she’s shocked to see a man that she recognizes in her house. It’s her husband, whom she believed to be dead. From there, Detective Sergeant Sami Kierce leads the homicide investigation into Joe’s death. But he has secrets of his own.”
The eight-episode series comes from Nicola Shindler (After the Flood, Dead Hot) and writer Danny Brocklehurst (Brassic, Come Home). It stars Michelle Keegan, Adeel Akhtar, Richard Armitage, Joanna Lumley, Emmett J. Scanlan, and Dino Fetscher.
Fool Me Once is the eighth collaboration between author Harlan Coben and Netflix. Other adaptations include The Stranger, Safe, and Stay Close. The series will debut on January 1, 2024.
