Trailer For Netflix's Murder Mystery Thriller REPTILE Starring Benicio Del Toro, Justin Timberlake, and Alicia Silverstone
Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming murder mystery crime thriller Reptile, and the movie comes with a great cast that is led by Benicio Del Toro, Justin Timberlake, and Alicia Silverstone. I enjoy a good crime thriller, and this one looks like it’ll deliver an interesting story filled with some unexpected twists and turns.
The tagline reads: “A mysterious murder. A hardened detective. A truth more dangerous than they could have ever imagined.”
In the film: “Following the brutal murder of a young real estate agent, a hardened New England detective (Del Toro) attempts to uncover the truth in a case where nothing is as it seems, and by doing so dismantles the illusions in his own life.”
The movie was directed by Grant Singer, who shared in a statement: "I think the movie will be exciting to people who like to watch something where you don't know where it's leading you, where a film is going to have twists and turns and deceive you. And people who like things that are intense and visceral and suspenseful, I think they'll find something exciting in this."
Reptile also stars Eric Bogosian, Domenick Lombardozzi, Frances Fisher, Ato Essandoh, Michael Carmen Pitt, Karl Glusman, and Matilda Lutz. It’s set to premiere at TIFF in September before it shows up on Netflix on October 6th, 2023.
