Netflix has the trailer for a cool-looking fantasy adventure series from Sweden titled Ronja the Robber's Daughter. The project is based on the book written by Swedish author Astrid Lindgren and it looks like it could be a great show!

The story follows Ronja (Kerstin Linden) “as she grows up and discovers the magical, yet dangerous forest with its mysterious creatures. When Ronja meets the young boy Birk from a rival gang, it marks the beginning of a dark family feud and a forbidden friendship emerges, all while a notorious bailiff arrives to rid the forest of robbers once and for all."

The limited series was created by and written by Hans Rosenfeldt (The Bridge, Marcella, Rebecca) and it stars Kerstin Linden as Ronja, Jack Bergenholtz-Henriksson, Christopher Wagelin, Krista Kosonen, Sverrir Gudnason, Maria Nohra, Pernilla August, Vera Vitali, and Johan Ulveson.

Netflix will debut Ronja the Robber's Daughter in two parts with Part 1 starting March 28th, 2024, and Part 2 later in 2024. I’m looking forward to watching this! I enjoy these kinds of stories!
