Netflix has released the trailer for the third film in its coming of age romantic comedy The Kissing Booth 3, and my two teenage girls couldn’t be more excited. Yeah, these films are not really my thing, but I have watched the first two movies with my kids. It’s the least I can do with all the other movies that I drag them to.

Joey King, Joel Courtney, and Jacob Elordi all return to reprise their respective roles as Elle, Lee, and Noah for the last time. The synopsis reads:

In the film, It’s the summer before Elle heads to college, and she’s facing the hardest decision of her life: whether to move across the country to go to Harvard with her dreamy boyfriend Noah or fulfill her lifelong promise to go to Berkeley with her BFF Lee. Whose heart will Elle break as The Kissing Booth trilogy comes to an end?

We’ll just have to wait and see! Based on Beth Reekles’ novel series of the same name, the third installment is directed by Vince Marcello from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jay Arnold. The film also stars Taylor Zahkar Perez, Maisie Richardson-Sellers (Legends of Tomorrow), Meganne Young, and Molly Ringwald (Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club).

The movie is scheduled to make its debut on Netflix on Wednesday, August 11th.
