Netflix has released the first trailer for Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy - Earthrise, which is the second part of the animated saga that Rooster Teeth has been telling. The first chapter in the series was Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy, Siege, and I thought it was great! Earthrise looks like it’s going to be a pretty intense and action-packed ride.

The official synopsis for the next chapter reads, "With the Allspark gone, Megatron is forced to confront the harsh reality that his Decepticons are trapped on a dying Cybertron. Meanwhile, lost in the darkest reaches of space, Optimus Prime and his team embark on a desperate mission, unexpectedly running into ... the spacefaring Mercenaries."
