Trailer For New Christina Ricci Movie MONSTROUS Looks Like Creepy Fun

We have a new trailer for Monstrous, which will make its international premiere during FrightFest. FrightFest will be held from March 10-12 and will premiere 12 new horror films. Monstrous, starring Christina Ricci, is set to be among the movies shown. 

Laura (Christina Ricci), traumatized by an abusive relationship, finally runs away from her former husband with her seven-year-old son Cody. But in their new, idyllic and remote sanctuary, they find they have another, bigger and more terrifying monster to deal with…one that will test both their mental health issues to the limit.

It looks like it’ll be a fun horror movie, and I do enjoy Christina Ricci movies. It doesn’t look ground breaking in any real way, so hopefully the movie itself will bring something new to the genre. Check out the new trailer below and let us know what you think.
