Trailer for OBI-WAN KENOBI: A JEDI'S RETURN a Making-of Documentary Coming to Disney+
A trailer has dropped for the upcoming making of the Disney+ documentary, Obi-Wan Kenobi: A Jedi’s Return.
This special explores the “return of Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker to the screen, as well as Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen to their classic roles. Director Deborah Chow leads the cast and crew as they create new heroes and villains that live alongside new incarnations of beloved Star Wars characters, and an epic story that dramatically bridges the saga films.”
While I didn’t really care for this series or how the story played out, I do like seeing the behind the scenes stuff of how it all came together. I just wish they would have gone with the original plan and story that was created by Stuart Beattie. You can read all about his vision here, here, and here.
This series should’ve just been so much better than what it was. The behind the scenes doc is set to premiere on Disney Plus Day, on September 8th.
