Trailer for Peter Dinklage's Western Thriller Film THE THICKET
Tubi has released the trailer for its Western thriller titled The Thicket, which stars Peter Dinklage. While the film is a Tubi original, it will get a theatrical release.
The film is an adaption of the bestselling book of the same name by Joe R. Lansdale. It looks like it could be a good western worth checking out.
In the film, “When fierce bounty hunter Reginald Jones (Dinklage) is recruited by a desperate man to track down a ruthless killer known as Cutthroat Bill (Juliette Lewis), he rallies a band of unlikely heroes including a grave-digging ex-slave and a street-smart woman-for-hire.
“Together they embark on a perilous quest to track down Cutthroat Bill that leads them into the deadly "no-man's-land" known as... The Thicket.”
The film also stars Esmé Creed-Miles, Levon Hawke, Macon Blair, Andrew Schulz, James Hetfield, David Midthunder, with Arliss Howard, Leslie Grace, and Gbenga Akinnagbe.
The Thicket is directed by Elliott Lester(Love Is The Drug, Blitz, Nightingale, Sleepwalker, Aftermath). It will be released in select US theaters starting on September 6th, 2024.
