Trailer For Ryan Murphy's Cruise Ship Medical Procedural Series DOCTOR ODYSSEY Starring Joshua Jackson
ABC has released the trailer for Ryan Murphy‘s upcoming cruise ship medical procedural series Doctor Odyssey, which stars Joshua Jackson, Phillipa Soo, Sean Teale, Don Johnson, and Shania Twain.
In the series: “Max (Jackson) is the new on-board doctor for a luxury cruise ship where the staff works hard and plays harder. It’s all-hands-on-deck as Max and his small but mighty medical team navigate unique medical crises and each other, miles from shore.”
It looks like everything that happens on this cruise ship is a catastrophe and this is the kind of show that will make me never want to go on a cruise.
The trailer sees Max welcomed onto the Odyssey by captain Robert Massey (Johnson), who tells him, “This ship is heaven. Our mission is to preserve the dream. And that’s why you’re here. Keep these dreamers safe.”
As the trailer plays out, anything and everything that can possibly go wrong… does. A man collapses beside the pool; a woman convulses in a hospital bed; another woman watches a man fall backwards off of the ship… good times, making good memories!
Doctor Odyssey is set to premiere on September 26th.
