Trailer for Second Season of Apple TV+ Drama THE LAST THING HE TOLD ME Starring Jennifer Garner
Apple TV+ has released the season 2 trailer for their dramatic thriller The Last Thing He Told Me.
Based on The First Time I Saw Him, Laura Dave’s New York Times bestselling sequel to her acclaimed other New York Times bestseller and Reese’s Book Club pick The Last Thing He Told Me, Season 2 looks to be ratcheting up the action and suspense. The First Time I Saw Him was released Jan. 6, 2026.
In the story, Owen (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) shows up after five years on the run, and Hannah Hall (Jennifer Garner) and her stepdaughter Bailey (Angourie Rice) find themselves in a race to figure out how to reunite their family before the past catches up to them.
The series stars Jennifer Garner, who also produces, and she is joined by fellow returning cast mates Angourie Rice, David Morse and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau with new additions Judy Greer and Rita Wilson, as well as Augusto Aguilera, Josh Hamilton, Nick Hargrove, Michael Galante, Michael Hyatt and Elizabeth O’Donnell.
The eight-episode second season will debut globally with the first episode on Friday, February 20, 2026, followed by one episode every Friday through April 10, 2026.
