Trailer For SHOW DOGS, Which May Be Will Arnett’s Newest Low Point

Will Arnett is a fantastic comedic actor and has been in some amazing shows and films including Arrested Development, Monsters vs. Aliens, The LEGO Movie, and LEGO Batman. He’s also been in some duds such as Michael Bay’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies. His latest film is called Show Dogs and it may be a new low in his career. The question is, does it reach the point of so bad it’s good? Well, I’m not sure it has great odds of that considering the director is Raja Gosnell who brought us the live-action Scooby-Doo movies, The Smurfs, and Beverly Hills Chihuahua and those tend to miss the mark. Now, if you’re a fan of those movies, Show Dogs looks like it’ll be right up your alley. Here’s a synopsis:

A macho police dog must learn to become a team player and go under cover to help his human handler thwart an attack on a prestigious dog show.

Alongside Arnett will be the talents of Stanley Tucci, Natasha Lyonne, Ludacris, and Shaquille O'Neal. Are you looking forward to this film, or do you think it’s a low point for Arnett?

Show Dogs will be released May 18, 2018.

Starring Will Arnett, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, Natasha Lyonne, Jordin Sparks, Gabriel Iglesias, Shaquille O'Neal, Alan Cumming, and Stanley Tucci, SHOW DOGS is a family comedy about the unlikely pairing of a human detective (Arnett) and his canine partner (voice of Chris "Ludacris" Bridges), who has to go undercover at the world's most exclusive dog show to solve his biggest case yet.
