Trailer for Sony Pictures' Upcoming Horror Film TAROT Sees Some Friends Unleash an Unspeakable Evil

Sony Pictures has released a trailer for the horror film Tarot, which follows a group of college friends who start dying in ways that are related to their fortunes after having their fortunes read. In an effort to keep themselves from dying, they have to work together to uncover the mystery.

The movie was written and directed by Spenser Cohen and Anna Halbergstars, and it stars Spider-Man: No Way Home actor Jacob Batalon along with Harriet Slater, Adain Bradley, and Avantika. It looks like it could be a fun jump-scare horror movie.

The movie is based on a 1992 novel of the same name by Nicholas Adams, and in the film, “When a group of friends recklessly violates the sacred rule of Tarot readings – never use someone else's deck – they unknowingly unleash an unspeakable evil trapped within the cursed cards. One by one, they come face to face with fate and end up in a race against death to escape the future foretold in their readings.”

Tarot is set to be released in theaters on May 10th.
