Trailer For The Beautifully Made Japanese Anime Fantasy Film BELLE
Toho has released a new trailer for its beautifully made upcoming anime fantasy film Belle, which comes from acclaimed anime director Mamoru Hosoda (The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Summer Wars, Wolf Children, The Boy and the Beast, and Mirai).
The film's full title is Belle: The Princess of Dragons and Freckles and the story follows Suzu, “a 17-year-old high school student living in a rural village with her father. For years she has only been a shadow of herself. One day, Suzu enters ‘U,’ a virtual world of five billion online members, and she becomes Belle, a world-famous singer. Belle soon meets with a mysterious creature with whom she embarks on a journey of adventures and love both in their quest of becoming who they truly are.”
This looks like a great anime film that tells an adventurous and interesting story and it looks like it’s going to be filled with visually stunning scenes and some cool action.
The film was produced at Studio Chizu and it looks like a beautifully made film. There’s not much shown in the trailer, but I like what I’m seeing from it so far. The movie is currently set to be released in Japan in June 2021.
