Trailer for the Comedy THE DONOR PARTY with Malin Åkerman and Jerry O’Connell
Vertical Entertainment has released the trailer for a new comedy titled The Donor Party. The movie stars Malin Åkerman as a recently divorced woman who desperately wants to become a mom, and goes to crazy lengths to make it happen.
The synopsis says that “after a messy divorce and countless wasted online dating attempts, she realizes she doesn’t need a husband to make her dream come true. Enlisting her best friends, Jaclyn devises a plan to pull off the ultimate sperm heist on unsuspecting donors all while celebrating an intimate birthday party for her oblivious friend.”
The movie comes from writer and director Thom Harp and the cast also includes Rob Corddry, Erinn Hayes, Bria Samoné Henderson, Meadow Williams, Dan Ahdoot, Jeff Torres, Patty Guggenheim, Cedric Yarbrough, Aarti Mann, Rizwan Manji, Beth Dover, Brit Morgan, Jon Daly, with Ryan Hansen and Jerry O’Connell.
The Donor Party will be released on March 3rd.
