Intense Trailer For The Korean Plane Action Survival Thriller HIJACK 1971

Sony Pictures has released the trailer for a Koean action thriller survival movie titled Hijack 1971, which is based on a true story of a flight in the winter of 1971.

In the film, “Sokcho Airport passenger plane pilots Tae-in (Ha Jung-woo) and Gyu-sik (Sung Dong-il) take a flight to Gimpo. Following the guidance of flight attendant Ok-sun (Chae Soo-bin), the passengers on board are busy for a while, but not long after takeoff, an improvised bomb explodes, turning the plane into chaos.

"‘From now on, this plane is going north.’ Yong-dae (Yeo Jin-goo), who is trying to hijack the entire plane, takes control of the cockpit and threatens to turn the plane to the north.

“Due to the impact of the explosion, Gyu-sik loses his eyesight in one side and Tae-in finds himself in a desperate situation on the chaotic plane. They begin a desperate struggle to land the plane safely.”

The movie is directed by Kim Seong-han and it loos like an intense film! The movie is now in select theaters.
