Trailer for the Neo-Western Thriller THE LAST VICTIM Starring Ron Perlman and Ali Larter
I’ve got a trailer here for an upcoming neo-western thriller The Last Victim, which stars Ron Perlman, Ali Larter, and Ralph Ineson. The cast of the film initially caught my interest, but it actually looks like a decent indie film with a dark and and intense story worth checking out.
The story is set in a small town in the American southwest, and it follows “a group of modern-day outlaws along with their terrifying leader are pursued by a local sheriff (Perlman), after committing a horrific crime in a desolate southwest town. When a professor (Larter) and her husband cross paths with the criminals, everyone is drawn into a spiral of violence and retribution where morality becomes ambiguous, and survival is the only option.”
The movie was directed by Indian filmmaker Naveen A. Chathapuram, making his feature film directorial debut. The screenplay is written by Ashley James Louis and Decal will release the movie in select theaters and on VOD starting May 13th, 2022. Watch the trailer.
