Trailer for the New HARRY POTTER Video Game QUIDDITCH CHAMPIONS
Warner Bros. Games released the trailer for its upcoming Harry Potter video game Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions. I’ve always thought a video game focusing on the Quidditch sport would be cool, I imagine something a lot better than this, though.
The game features Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Ginny Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Cho Chang and more iconic Harry Potter characters playing Quidditch.
Quidditch Champions lets players take on the Quidditch positions of either Beater, Chaser, Keeper, or Seeker in single player career mode, competitive multiplayer or online co-op mode.
The game also “allows players to customize their own avatar or take on the role of well-known characters from the wizarding world including Harry Potter, The Weasley Twins or Sebastian Sallow, just to name a few, as they soar through the sky and represent their house pride on the pitch.
“Matches will take place across memorable Harry Potter locations, including the Weasley Burrow and Quidditch World Cup.”
I just wish the creative team would’ve made a Quidditch game with the level of graphics and details that was put into Hogwarts Legacy. That’s what I was hoping for.
Quidditch Champions will launch on Digital Standard and Deluxe Editions on Xbox, PC (Steam and Epic) and PlayStation systems on September 3.
The Physical Deluxe Edition will be available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and Xbox One on November 8.
It’s also revealed that players who link their Warner Bros. Games and Harry Potter Fan Club accounts ahead of launch will receive “exclusive in-game rewards.”
Then, players who already own Hogwarts Legacy will receive the “Bonus Legacy Pack” when they download Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions and link it through their WB Games account.
