Trailer For The New WALKING DEAD Spinoff Series Follows a Generation Born Into a Dead World

AMC has released the first trailer for their upcoming new Walking Dead spinoff series which centers around a group of teens who have been born and raised in a world of zombies.

The series doesn’t have a title yet, but it will tell the story of these teens as they leave their comfort zone an venture out into the zombie-infested world in search for hope and because they want to see what the rest of the undead world is like. But they are warned that they “should be scared every time — every single time you are outside those walls.”

It kinda feels like Friday Night Lights but with zombies. I don’t know, maybe it was just the music used in the trailer. Regardless, it’s definitely a very different take on the franchise than what we’ve previously seen.

I’m not sure what to expect from this. I hope that it’s good, but we’ll just have to wait and see. Watch the trailer and let us know if it looks like a show you’ll be tuning in to watch.

The show was created by Scott M. Gimple and Matt Negrete, who will also be the showrunner. It stars Aliyah Royale as Iris; Alexa Mansour as Hope; Annet Mahendru as Huck; Nicolas Cantu as Elton; Hal Cumpston as Silas; and Nico Tortorella Felix.
