Trailer for the Pandemic-Set Horror Thriller SICK From SCREAM Creator Kevin Williamson
Peacock has shared the first trailer for its pandemic-set horror-thriller Sick, which was co-written and produced by Scream franchise creator Kevin Williamson. The movie also comes from Blumhouse and Miramax.
In the film, as the pandemic steadily brings the world to a halt, Parker (Gideon Adlon) and her best friend Miri (Bethlehem Million) decide to quarantine at the family lake house alone—or so they think.
As you’ll see, what’s supposed to be a relaxing pandemic getaway turns into a complete nightmare when someone with some murderous rage issues ruins everything! The film seems to be getting some great reviews calling it a “sleek horror Mystery,” “scary as hell,” “relentless,” “whip-smart,” and more.
The movie was directed by John Hyams (Alone) from a script by Williamson and Katelyn Crabb, with Marc Menchaca (The Outsider) and Jane Adams (Twin Peaks) rounding out the cast.
Sick is set to premiere on Peacock next Friday, January 13th, will you be watching?
