Paramount has released a trailer for its upcoming serial killer thriller Vindicta. The story focuses on a paramedic (Elena Kampouris) who stumbles into the dangerous realm of a vicious serial killer wearing a statue-like mask. The movie is described as an “edge-of-your-seat thriller.”

In the film, “When a city is terrorized by a sadistic serial killer, a seasoned detective and a newly recruited paramedic are forced into a deadly game of vengeance, only to discover the key to stopping the bloodshed lies in unlocking the truth of their own haunted pasts.”

The movie also stars Sean Astin (The Lord of the Rings), and Jeremy Piven (Entourage) and it was directed by Sean McNamara and taken from a story by Steven Paul. The movie looks like it could be good, but I enjoy these kinds of films.

Vindicta will be released in select theaters and on digital on October 6, 2023.
