Trailer for the Star-Studded Apple TV+ Sci-Fi Limited Series EXTRAPOLATIONS
Apple TV+ has released the first trailer for big new event sci-fi series titled Extrapolations, and this thing features an insanely impressive star-studded cast! Some of those cast members include Meryl Streep, Sienna Miller, Tobey Maguire, Kit Harington, Daveed Diggs, Edward Norton, Diane Lane, and more! Not only does it have a great cast, but it also looks like a fantastic and fascinating series. It looks like it will take audiences on a sprawling and epic journey.
Extrapolations is described as “a bracing drama” and it comes from writer, director, and executive producer Scott Z. Burns (Contagion, An Inconvenient Truth, The Report). It introduces “a near future where the chaotic effects of climate change have become embedded into our everyday lives.”
In the series, “Eight interwoven stories about love, work, faith and family from across the globe will explore the intimate, life-altering choices that must be made when the planet is changing faster than the population. Every story is different, but the fight for our future is universal. And when the fate of humanity is up against a ticking clock, the battle between courage and complacency has never been more urgent. Are we brave enough to become the solution to our own undoing before it’s too late?”
