Trailer For The TELL ME A STORY Series Gives a Modern Dark Twist on Classic Fairy Tales

The writer of the Scream franchise, Kevin Williamson, brings his signature storytelling style to a new series for CBS All Access called Tell Me a Story. The series is said to take "the world’s most beloved fairy tales and reimagines them as a dark and twisted psychological thriller." Of course, they have to sexy it up a bit as well.

We've got the first trailer for the series that teases a very different take on Little Red Riding Hood, The Three Little Pigs, and Hansel and Gretel. The serialized drama is set in New York City and it interweaves these three fairy tales into "an epic and subversive tale of love, loss, greed, revenge and murder."

They're really trying hard to make this series something people will want to watch, but I'm not really sold on it. I'll give it a chance, but only time will tell if it will actually be good or not. Watch the trailer and let us know if it looks like something that interests you.
