Trailer For The WWII Vengeance Thriller THE SECRETS WE KEEP with Noomi Rapace and Joel Kinnaman
The first trailer has been released for an interesting-looking World War II vengeance thriller titled The Secrets We Keep. The film has a solid cast that includes Noomi Rapace and Joel Kinnaman.
The story is set in post-WWII America, and it follows a woman named Maja (Rapace), who is rebuilding her life in the suburbs with her husband (Chris Messina). She ends up kidnapping her neighbor (Kinnaman) and seeks vengeance for the heinous war crimes she believes he committed against her.”
It’ll be interesting to see how this story plays out. What does she think he did to her? Did he in fact commit the crimes against her that she says he did? We’ll have to wait and see! It looks pretty damn intense, though! I hope that it ends up having a big, hard-hitting reveal.
The movie was directed by Yuval Adler, and it also stars Amy Seimetz, and Lucy Faust. It looks intense, and I think the big reveal is going to hit hard.
The Secrets We Keep in select theaters on September 16th, then on VOD starting October 16th.
