Trailer for Wesley Snipes and Tiffany Haddish's Las Vegas-Set Comedy BACK ON THE STRIP

Here’s a trailer for an upcoming Las Vegas-set comedy titled Back on the Strip. The movie centers on an old crew of male strippers who reunite for a revival of their show in Vegas, "The Chocolate Chips." They are looking to help out a friend, a magician named Merlin, who is sent to Vegas by his mom to pursue his dream of being a professional magician. As you might imagine, his career takes a very different turn.

The movie comes from writer and director Chris Spencer, and the movie stars Wesley Snipes, JB Smoove, Gary Owen, Bill Bellamy, Faizon Love, Spence Moore II, Tiffany Haddish, and Raigan Harris. Here’s the synopsis:

After losing the woman of his dreams, Merlin (Spence Moore II) moves to Las Vegas to pursue work as a magician, only to get hired as the front man in a revival of the notorious black male stripper crew, known as "The Chocolate Chips". Led by Luther - now broke and broken - the old, domesticated, out-of-shape Chips put aside former conflicts and reunite to save the hotel they used to perform in while helping Merlin win back his girl and his career.

Back on the Strip will be released in theaters on August 18th, 2023.
