John Dunsworth, aka Mr. Lahey of Trailer Park Boys has passed away suddenly at the age of 71 according to Variety. The news came as a shock to many associated with the show, as his daughter Sarah (who is also on the series) said the actor passed after a short and sudden illness.

Dunsworth was a highlight of the series and his alcoholic ramblings and analogies relating to the word "shit" were a high point of the show. It's safe to say the show will suffer in his loss, and we at GeekTyrant give our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Dunsworth.
