TRANSFORMERS Convert Into Tops for BEYBLADE BURST App
Hasbro has realized yet another way to really monetize Transformers and possibly get more people into Beyblade. Hasbro recently announced that three Transformers digital tops will be available in Beyblade Burst: Stinger Bumblebee, Gladiator Megatron, and Ion Optimus Prime. From the screenshots supplied by Hasbro (included below), it looks like Bumblebee and Optimus Prime are both Stamina Beyblades while Megatron is an Attack Beyblade. In order to collect these tops, you’ll need to head over to the Beyblade Burst app (Android|iOS) and go to the Premium Digital Store.
This is honestly kind of cool. I remember loving Beyblade when it first came to the States 20ish years ago and I think this is a cool novelty. I won’t be surprised now if they start adding Dungeons & Dragons, Power Rangers, and more to the Beyblade Burst app. Are there any other properties you’d like to see turn into battling tops? Should they make physical versions of these tops?
