TRANSFORMERS: THE MOVIE Is Coming Back to Theaters for Its 35th Anniversary

The classic 1986 animated film Transformers: The Movie is returning to theaters in celebration of its 35th anniversary! Good grief, that movie is 35 years old already! I actually went to the world premiere of this movie when I was a kid, and I remember it like it was just yesterday. It was such an awesome experience!

Now a whole new generation of fans can have the experience of seeing this movie on the big screen, and I promise you it’s gonna be worth it! I saw the film on the big screen again a few years ago, and I loved every freakin’ minute of it!

Fathom Events is hosting the screening with Hasbro and you will be able to catch the film in theaters on September 26th and 28th. Tickets will be available at Fathom Events, so get ready to buy your tickets!

“For millennia, the heroic Autobots, led by Optimus Prime (Peter Cullen), have been at war with the evil Decepticons, led by Megatron (Frank Welker). As the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons rages on Earth, an even greater threat looms. Unicron (Orson Welles, Citizen Kane), a colossal converting planet who consumes everything in his path, is heading for Cybertron to devour the Transformers homeworld and wipe the Autobots and Decepticons from existence. The only hope is the Autobot Matrix of Leadership.
