Travis Kelce Set to Star in Lionsgate Action Comedy LOOSE CANNONS
Football star and Taylor Swift’s current boyfriend Travis Kelce is going to make his big break in Hollywood with a new action comedy that he’s set to star in for Lionsgate titled Loose Cannons.
There are no details to share on the story for the movie, but the script comes from Timothy Dowling (Pixels). John Wick franchise producer and director Chad Stahelski will produce the film with Jason Spitz and Alex Young.
Kelce became famous through his relationship with pop superstar Taylor Swift. Yeah, he is also the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, but that’s not what skyrocketed his popularity.
Loose Cannons will be Kalce’s feature film debut, but he is also set to appear in the the Ryan Murphy series Grostesquerie, which premieres on FX on September 25.
That series revolves around a series of heinous crimes that have unsettled a small community, the show centers on Detective Lois Tryon (Niecy Nash-Betts), who feels these crimes are eerily personal, as if someone — or something — is taunting her. Kelce’s role has been kept under wraps.
We’ll just have to wait and see if Kelce is a somewhat decent actor or not. Personally, I’m already tired of hearing Kelce’s name.
