TSA Has Placed a Ban on STAR WARS: GALAXY'S EDGE 'Thermal Detonator' Coke Bottles

The wacky TSA is at it again, making new rules for us to remember to keep us safe, all while driving us crazy. Fans have been flocking to Disneyland to explore the new land Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and are about to do the same at Disney World. But guests should be advised that if they are flying, there is one souvenir that will not be permitted on their flight back home. The Coca-Cola bottles that are sold in the Star Wars-themed land are shaped like thermal detonators from the films and have their writing in Aurebesh, the language used in the galaxy far, far away.

The $5 drink bottles are very cool looking, and fans are understandably wanting to take them home to display, or use as decoration, but the TSA will not allow them as a carry-on, or even in checked luggage due to the style of the bottle, which looks similar to a bomb. Check out the fan tweet below that clarifies the rules with TSA, and shows you the awesome beverages. Have you been to Galaxy’s Edge yet? Are you planning a trip anytime soon?
