TV Spot for Marvel's ETERNALS Offers New Footage and It Will Feature Two Different Storylines

We’ve got a TV spot to share with you today for Marvel’s next big film, Eternals. The new spot offers some new footage for fans to enjoy. The movie was helmed by Academy Award-winner Chloé Zhao, and I’m expecting this film to be something special, something different than anything Marvel has done so far.
The story follows a group of heroes from beyond the stars who had protected the Earth since the dawn of man. When monstrous creatures called the Deviants, long thought lost to history, mysteriously return, the Eternals are forced to reunite in order to defend humanity once again.
In a recent press release Marvel also revealed that the story for the film takes place “across two time periods. One storyline is set in the past when they operated as a formidable team and a close family unit. The second storyline is in the present, when the group has fractured and split apart, content to live among humans, hiding in plain sight. The prevailing threat of the Deviants, which once again threatens the existence of mankind, means the Eternals need to put their differences aside and regroup."
The impressive cast for the film includes Gemma Chan as humankind-loving Sersi, Richard Madden as the all-powerful Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as cosmic-powered Kingo, Lia McHugh as the eternally young, old-soul Sprite, Brian Tyree Henry as the intelligent inventor Phastos, Lauren Ridloff as the super-fast Makkari, Barry Keoghan as aloof loner Druig, Don Lee as the powerful Gilgamesh, with Kit Harington as Dane Whitman, with Salma Hayek as the wise and spiritual leader Ajak, and Angelina Jolie as the fierce warrior Thena.
Marvel Studios’ Eternals opens in theaters on November 5th.
