TWILIGHT is Returning to Theaters for Some Reason
10 years ago, Twilight became a blockbuster film. To celebrate (or torture depending on your viewpoint) this milestone, Fathom Events and Summit Entertainment have teamed up to bring Twilight back to theaters for a limited run in October. Director Catherine Hardwicke even gives an introduction to the film and there will be a sneak peek of the new bonus feature, Twilight Tour…10 Years Later, that will be released in the new 4K Combo Pack that will be released alongside all 5 Twilight Saga films on Blu-ray that come with new, collectible artwork on October 23.
This will be the first in the Fathom Spotlight series that aims to feature “contemporary blockbusters, fan-favorite films, and modern classics back on big screen.” I don’t understand why they’re starting with this one. There are a lot of movies that fit those categories that are better than Twilight. I have watched each of these movies once and it was with the RiffTrax. I swear that is the only way to watch these movies.
