Two Posters Shared For DC's Upcoming SUPERMAN AND LOIS Series
DC has shared two posters for the upcoming new series Superman and Lois, which is coming to The CW. The posters come with DC FanDome fast approaching this coming weekend. The series will have a panel at the event and I’m sure that fans will be getting a first look at some footage from the series.
The posters feature Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) and his wife Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch) who are obviously the focus of the series. As you can see, they are surrounded by comic book panels.
Superman & Lois will focus on the two title characters “as they deal with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.” Lois is still working at The Daily Planet when Superman & Lois begins, but Clark has been laid off.
Lana Lang-Cushing (Emmanuelle Chriqui) is a loan officer working at a Smallville Bank. She stayed in the small town “when others left for something bigger and brighter. Lana reestablishes her friendship with her old friend, Clark Kent, during one of the most difficult periods in her life.”
It’s also said that Lana has two daughters and that she is having a troubled relationship with her husband (Erik Valdez).
The series is being produced by The Flash executive producer Todd Helbing, who is also writing the series. The series received a 13-episode order and it will premiere in January of next year.
