Ty Burrell Joins the Cast of Amy Poehler's DUNCANVILLE

Duncanville is an upcoming animated series from Amy Poehler and Julie and Mike Scully, and they’ve just added their latest star to the cast.

Ty Burrell (Modern Family) is going to play Duncan’s father Jack who is described as “a classic rock-obsessed plumber who's determined to be a better dad than his own father was. He's constantly posting nice things about his family on Facebook and is annoyed his kids won't friend him.” I think I’ve already found my favorite character.

In addition to creating the series, Poehler will voice Duncan and Duncan’s mom Annie who is “a parking enforcement officer who dreams of being a detective and constantly worries her son is one bad decision from ruining his life and will do anything to stop him from doing so.”

I really cannot wait for this show to come out. Rashida Jones and Wiz Khalifa will also star in the series.
