Usaopoply Announces MUNCHKIN: CRITICAL ROLE
When I was a teenager I was introduced to the wacky world of Munchkin. This game from Steve Jackson Games was zany and weird and a lot of fun. Well today, Usaopoly has announced that it has signed a licensing agreement to bring Critical Role to Munchkin in Munchkin: Critical Role. This new take on the game is still Munchkin at its core so players will take risks and betray friends to be the first to reach level 10. This version will simply have monsters and items unique to Critical Role and particularly the Mighty Nein. Phil Reed of Steve Jackson Games said:
“Fast-playing and silly, Munchkin appeals to a very wide audience. In this version of Munchkin, fans will compete to grab magic and kill monsters specific to Critical Role, such as Lorenzo and Avantika.”
Munchkin: Critical Role will be available this fall in North America, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand with an MSRP of $24.99. In addition, Usaopoly is releasing two Critical Role 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles this year for $14.99.
