USPS Giving Out Ornaments That Tell When Your Holiday Package Has Been Delivered

Worrying about your holiday packages just got a bit easier with some new technology from the Postal Service! According to Engadget, the USPS is now distributing holiday ornaments that will inform recipients when their holiday packages have arrived with loved ones. 

The device is updated via wifi and will turn different colors depending on where your package is in transit during its journey. Blue means the package is out for delivery, red means the package has been delivered, and green means the package has been opened!

Unfortunately, this is only being distributed to consumers in an incredibly limited quantity, but if it goes well the tech should be widespread come next holiday season! I can't wait to try it out next year!
