Vanellope Meets the Disney Princess in Extended Clip From RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET
Disney has released an extended clip from Ralph Breaks The Internet. It’s the scene where Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman) meets all of the Disney princesses. This is a great scene, one that Disney fans are going to love.
The reviews for this film have been more on the positive side. It’s said that this is actually a great sequel and that this scene involving the Disney princesses is one of the highlights of the movie.
I also included a featurette for the film that focuses on the scene and includes Silverman, John C. Reilly, and Taraji P. Henson talking about the scene. Silverman seemed surprised that Disney was willing to do it because it paints the Disney Princesses in a different light.
Check out the clip and featurette below and tell us if you’re excited about seeing this movie.
Here’s the synopsis:
In “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” video-game bad guy Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) and best friend Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman) leave the comforts of Litwak’s arcade in an attempt to save her game, Sugar Rush. Their quest takes them to the vast, uncharted world of the internet where they rely on the citizens of the internet—the Netizens—to help navigate their way. Lending a virtual hand are Yesss (voice of Taraji P. Henson), the head algorithm and the heart and soul of the trend-making site “BuzzzTube,” and Shank (voice of Gal Gadot), a tough-as-nails driver from a gritty online auto-racing game called Slaughter Race, a place Vanellope wholeheartedly embraces—so much so that Ralph worries he may lose the only friend he’s ever had.
The film also features the original voice actresses for the Disney princesses all return, and they include Ming Na Wen (Mulan), Idina Menzel (Elsa Frozen), Kristen Bell (Anna Frozen), Jodi Benson (Ariel The Little Mermaid), Paige O’Hara (Belle Beauty and the Beast), Linda Larkin (Jasmine Aladdin), Anika Noni Rose (Tiana The Princess and the Frog), Mandy Moore (Rapunzel Tangled), Kelly MacDonald (Merida Brave), and Auli'i Cravalho (Moana).
The movie is directed by Rich Moore (Zootopia, Wreck-It Ralph) and Phil Johnston (co-writer Wreck-It Ralph, Cedar Rapids, co-writer Zootopia). Ralph Breaks the Internet hits theaters on November 21.
