Apparently, Julia Louis-Dreyfus has previously been asked by top Democrats to run for office. That's coming from a recent Washington Post interview (via Uproxx), which was done in anticipation of the upcoming season of VEEP on HBO. Here's what Dreyfus said to those politicians:

“Not in a million years."

Who can blame her? Who wants to be President when you're a 7 time Emmy award winning actress? Would you vote for Julia? Veep returns April 16th on HBO.
