Confused Neighbor Calls The Police on CHRISTMAS VACATION Yard Decorations; Thought a Man Was Exposing Himself

We have a fun Christmas decoration blunder story for you out of Kentucky involving a Cousin Eddie mannequin and a confused neighbor. The movie National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation is a favorite to many who watch the movie each holiday season and recite the words right along with the outrageous characters. One of those iconic characters is Cousin Eddie - the trailer-toting, radioactive waste-unloading, boss-kidnapping redneck nut who drives Clark Griswold crazy.

Christmas decorations involving the movie, and this character in particular, have popped up more and more the last couple of years, and most people get a kick out of them. But one Kentucky resident must not have been familiar with the movie, and they called the police on a front yard display they mistook for a man exposing himself in a front yard.

Luckily the police did recognize the mannequin, and everyone, including the homeowner and her next door neighbor (not the drive-by caller), had a good laugh about the incident. Check out the news clip below, and go watch Christmas Vacation. You serious, Clark?
