Video Explains How The Ending of DOCTOR SLEEP in the Film is Drastically Different From the Book
I’ve seen Doctor Sleep twice already and while I enjoyed the film the first time I saw it, I actually liked it even more the second time around. The film was a great melding of Stephen King’s novel and Stanley Kubrick’s classic film and I was happy with the outcome. Director Mike Flanagan did some fantastic things with this movie.
If you’ve seen the film and read the book, then you know that the ending of the film is very different from the book. I had no problems with the changes. But, for those of you who saw Doctor Sleep and haven’t read the book, I’ve got a video here that will explain the drastic differences.
