The aliens are here, and Earth is under attack? What do you do? Sure, you may be able to rattle off some movie cliche and bring up that this will likely never happen, but what happens if that day ever comes? Luckily, it's not something you have to worry about as the world's top governments all have a contingency plan for if/when that day ever comes, although without knowing it we have no idea whether or not it's actually good.
