Did you know there is an alternate cut of the 2011 prequel to The Thing? This cut takes out the CGI and replaces them with practical effects that are more in line with the original film. That version has never been released, but I think we can all agree that it needs to be if it's still watchable! Good Bad Flicks talks about that and much more relating to the cult classic in the video below.
