We’ve got a cool video essay for you to check out today all about the signature style of Wes Anderson’s direction and cinematography and how he is able to achieve great emotional and poignant filmmaking through the use of the cool shot that is referred to as the God’s Eye shot. The video mentions that many other classic directors such as Scorsese and Hitchcock skillfully employ(ed) this shot in many of their famous films, but Anderson has a bit of a different take on it.
