I have some fond memories of watching the classic 1990s animated series Bobby’s World with my brothers. It was such a weird show, which is why I enjoyed it so much!
The series came from comedian Howie Mandel and it centered around an imaginative kid named Bobby, voiced by Mandel, and Bobby has a unique and interesting view of the world. I never really noticed until it was pointed out in this video I wanted to share, but the show is basically a kid version of Seinfeld.
SyFy Wire has shared a new video that breaks down everything that you may not have known about Bobby’s World, and for those of you who are familiar with the series, this is a must watch!
If you’re making a list of the most successful kids shows of all time, Bobby’s World has to be on there. It premiered in 1990 and ran almost for a whole decade, ending in 1998. Why was it so successful? It was about a normal little kid and how he blows little things way out of proportion. It was a show about nothing, really.
