I really do try to limit the time I spend on my phone. But, doing what I do for a living, I’m almost always online! It’s a never ending thing and I would love nothing more than to take a vacation from my computer screen and my phone. It’s been years since I’ve had a vacation like that.

I know that all this stuff messes with my brain. I’ve noticed the effects that its had on me! Well, today I’ve got a video to share with you from AsapSCIENCE and it explores how your phone changes your brain and body!
