Vin Diesel Shares GROOT Art on His Socials Teasing a Possible GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Spinoff
Vin Diesel has either been teasing fans with something he knows and we don’t, or he’s manifesting something he wants into existence. Earlier this month, the actor shared an Instagram post that seemed to be teasing a Groot spin-off movie.
His post read, “Several works in progress. Riddick. Kaulder with Sir Michael. Rock ’em Sock ’em… went personal on this one, but Mattel loves it. Theo, my homage to New York, the city that made me. The Arbor King. Some say Groot is Disney’s most valuable asset.”
Now he is furthering the intrigue with a new post that features artwork of a massive, towering Groot above a tiny (regular sized) superhero that resembles Iron Man. The photo is accompanied by Diesel’s text that reads:
Unstoppable… #TheArborKing #AlphaGroot #Marvel #Groot
So is this an announcement? I think it’s too early to tell, especially since if it were official, we would have heard something at Comic-Con. But I do think there might be something in early talks, so keep an eye out and we will keep you posted. In the meantime, check out Diesel’s post below:
